Booking Info

 

We perform acoustically and no amplification is required. 

Our prices do not include any amplification equipment unless otherwise stated. 

Indoor arrangements are preferred. 

For outdoor services, shelter/cover is required with heating if forecasted temperature is under 15 Degrees Celsius. 

Back up location is required in case of rain or full sun. 

For our instruments' safety, we do not perform outdoors in temperatures below 15 Degrees Celsius, in direct sunlight or under any precipitation without shelter/cover. 

Refunds cannot be provided if any of these requirements are not confirmed within one month of booking. 

We cannot hold a date unless we are booked officially. Verbal agreements are not accepted and availability is subject to change otherwise.

Payment Policy

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your booking with us. 

The remainder of our fee balance is due on the day after your event.
