Outdoor and Weather Policies

We love performing outdoors, but our delicate acoustic instruments require a little extra care. For all outdoor services, we require full overhead shelter or cover (10x10 tent, large umbrella or gazebo). Additionally, if the forecast drops below 15°C, suitable outdoor heating must be provided to keep the musicians' hands and instruments warm enough to perform. Indoor setups are always preferred whenever possible.

Refunds cannot be provided if any of these requirements are not confirmed within one month of booking. 

We cannot hold a date unless we are booked officially. Verbal agreements are not accepted and availability is subject to change otherwise.

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your booking with us. 

The remainder of our fee balance is due on the day after your event.
